The affiliate dashboard is decent for the basics, like checking clicks, commissions, and grabbing links. Once I finally figured out where everything lives, it started doing what I needed without too much drama.
But at first, oh my gosh, it felt way more crowded than it needed to be. Some pages loaded so slowly I felt like I was aging in real time, and I had to click around way too much just to find simple reports. It’s not terrible, but it could definitely be a lot easier to use.

I got Post Affiliate Pro set up way faster than I expected. A couple of settings took me a minute to track down, but nothing too frustrating. So far it’s working well, and support was helpful when I hit a snag! 🙂

It does the basic affiliate tracking stuff fine, so I can’t say it’s useless or anything. But a few parts feel like they’re only halfway built, or just not as flexible as I thought they’d be. I ended up making little workarounds more often than I wanted, which got annoying after a while. I was setting it up on a Tuesday night with coffee next to me, thinking it would be straightforward, but it turned into more fiddling than expected.

I’ve dealt with commission tracking in a few jobs, and this has been one of the more frustrating experiences. It feels messy and harder to manage than it should be, especially when you’re trying to stay on top of what’s been earned and what’s still pending

The automation works for the most part, honestly. It gets the job done most of the time, but it’s not perfect and could still use a bit of improvement.

Post Affiliate Pro basically does what I need it to do. The tracking has been mostly accurate, and managing payouts isn’t too hard once you get used to it. That said, I didn’t expect the setup to be such a headache. It took longer than I planned and added some stress I wasn’t looking for. The dashboard also feels kind of clunky, and when there’s a lot of data, some pages load slower than they should. Support was helpful enough, but not exactly quick. Overall, it’s usable and works okay, but I wish it felt smoother and wasn’t such a hassle to get going.

We gave it a try for our affiliate setup and it was fine for the basic stuff, but once we started trying to make it actually fit the way we work, changing the look, tweaking little details, and adjusting things that seemed like they should be simple ended up taking way more effort than expected, and in a few cases we just couldn’t get it to do what we wanted, so while support was decent enough, the whole tool felt a bit too locked down for our needs.

It does what we need it to do, so I can’t really complain too much. That said, the pricing feels a little high for how much we actually use it. I’m keeping an eye on whether it continues to make sense for us, because the value is okay, just not something I’d call amazing.

Support has been responsive so far, which I really appreciate. I tend to have a high standard for how quickly companies should reply, and they mostly met it. One response did take a little longer than I expected, but overall the turnaround was good and helped me keep things moving.

At first, working with this API was frustrating. The docs were confusing, a few calls didn’t behave the way I expected, and I spent way too much time trying to figure out basic stuff. I was ready to give up on it. But then, once I finally pieced things together, it started making more sense and wasn’t quite as bad as I thought. I used Post Affiliate Pro for a few months, and honestly... the biggest problem for me was reliability!!! Some days everything seemed fine, and then other days the tracking felt delayed, missing, or just kinda off?? Not exactly what you want when you're trying to keep tabs on affiliate stuff.
The dashboard also froze on me a few times right when I needed to pull reports, which was super frustrating!!! Support did get back to me, to be fair, but it usually took a while... and even then, the issue didn’t always feel fully fixed.
For the price, I really expected it to feel more stable and dependable. It definitely has features, no doubt, but I just never felt like I could trust it 100%... and that made it hard to keep using with confidence!!!

Well... Post Affiliate Pro does what we need, but getting started wasn’t exactly smooth. There are a lot of settings, and a few things weren’t super obvious at first, so I ended up clicking around and checking the help docs more than I expected.

Once I got everything set up, it worked fine, so I can’t really complain too much. The learning curve is definitely there though, and I do think it could be made simpler for people who are new to it. Overall, not bad, just not the most beginner-friendly tool.

I’m not sure what was going on with the payments?? The whole process felt way more confusing than it needed to be, and I kept having to figure out what step I was even on.

I’m upset about this. The fraud detection caught a few bad signups, sure, but it missed way too many for us to ignore. We were counting on it to protect us, and it just didn’t do the job. Now we’re the ones stuck dealing with the mess.

Not gonna lie, the dashboard works fine overall, but it’s not the easiest to navigate. I usually have to spend a little time clicking around to find what I need.

We use Post Affiliate Pro with partners in a few different countries, the language options help a lot. Like, a lot. Some of the translations can feel a little odd here and there, but overall it works fine and gets the job done.

It worked fine for us in the beginning, but once we started adding more partners, things got slow and disorganized quickly. scaling with it became a headache. If your team is planning to expand, I’d be cautious before relying on this too heavily.
